Born in New Jersey, Jeremy moved to Florida in 1986. As a business owner and an involved and active member of the Fort Myers business community, Jeremy has been a party to real estate transactions and investment opportunities for over 10 years. His "work, work, work," philosophy has enabled him, his company, and his clientele to excel in the fast paced and competitive environment. Jeremy currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida.

Chia originally grew up in the state of Washington, where she completed her associate’s degree in fashion merchandising with a minor in general business and marketing. She moved to Florida with her family in 1999 and has spent over 11 years living in both SW Florida as well as South Beach, Miami and is overly familiar with both markets. Chia hit the ground running when she entered into the Real Estate business in 2007 working alongside a nationally ranked Foreclosure agent. Closing upwards of 40 transactions a month, her responsibilities included initial MLS input, contract coordination, closing and anything in-between. During her tenure she was able to eliminate all MLS input errors as well as play a key role in streamlining the closing process. Chia’s skill set includes abundant local market knowledge, a high attention to detail and high volume experience. She is currently licensed as a Florida Sales Associate and manages the closing departments for both our Fort Myers and Texas offices. She also performs duties as our client services coordinator.

Originally from Augsburg Germany, Josh has lived in Florida since 2001. After receiving his license in 2004 he hit the ground running in the REO business. He played a key role at his last position helping to gain a national ranking among other brokers in the country for number of total transactions. Josh is overly familiar with every facet of REO including, but not limited to initial occupancy checks, evictions/cash for keys, accounting of funds, accurate valuations, vendor management, listing, contract coordination and timely closing. During his tenure in Real Estate Josh has successfully handled asset disposition services for Americas top asset management companies. Josh boasts that “Because of the large numbers of REO properties I have provided brokerage services for there is not a street I have not driven on in Lee or Collier County” with the number of successful valuations and sales of REO properties there is no doubt this is true.

Billy was born in St. Petersburg, FL and raised in Ohio. After 4 years in the military, Billy worked as a commercial diver in the oil fields off Louisiana's coast. In 1999 Billy moved to Fort Myers to be with family and to start his career in sales. He brought a "Nothing I can't do" attitude with him. Billy is a very disciplined individual and integrates that into the real estate business so that he can best serve his clients. He has an extensive knowledge of Lee county and the surrounding areas. When he is not working, Billy loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children.
