Closing Coordinators
J. Roberts & Co. provides virtual closing coordinator support in every office. This frees up our agents' time for pursuing customers and sales. This person handles all aspects of processing real estate transactions, acting as the liaison between buyer's agents, seller's agents, lenders, title companies, and the sellers or buyers of said properties. Fluent in paperless operation and the Microsoft Office suite, J. Roberts & Co. closing coordinators are skilled and use care and diligence in every aspect of closing the real estate transaction according to its written plans. Duties include:
  • Add listing information into MLS
  • Order sign install/de install
  • Update MLS status info as needed (pending/sold)
  • Track deposit checks and make sure they get to title companies within three business days of receipt
  • Coordinate closing details to all parties involved
  • Provide information to listing/selling agents as needed
  • Maintain orderly paperless files
  • Enter data as necessary and maintain records
  • Submit closed files to be paid
  • Perform other duties as assigned
In house Title Services
J. Roberts & Company recognizes the benefits of increased communication by having in house title services. Our in house title agents will:
  • Accept all escrow deposits and provide escrow deposit receipts
  • Create a closing calendar for all your pending transactions in order to give you a “visual” pipeline
  • Provide preliminary HUDs with a 24 hour turn time
